By engaging with our Service, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. MISTRALE reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Continued use of the Service following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
MISTRALE offers a platform where you can select digital currencies for exchange, specifying the desired receiving currency (hereinafter referred to as the “Crypto Pair”). Users must provide a valid destination address to facilitate the transfer of funds, ensuring that all details are accurate to prevent transaction errors.
Registration on our platform is entirely optional. You may use the Service without creating an account.
By utilizing our Service, you represent and warrant that:
MISTRALE does not hold, store, or custody user funds on its side at any point. We do not operate as a wallet provider or custodian. Digital assets pass through our Service solely for the purpose of processing an exchange order and are never retained beyond what is strictly necessary to complete or reverse a transaction in accordance with these Terms.
All transactions are processed based on MISTRALE's internal decision-making system, which evaluates each order against operational, technical, and compliance criteria defined by our platform.
If we are unable to complete a transaction for any reason, we will return the funds to the original sending address or to the refund address specified by you at the time the order was created — whichever is applicable under the circumstances of that order.
If a problem arises with your order, the order will be paused pending communication with you to agree on further action.
If we are unable to reach you within sixty (60) minutes from the moment the issue is identified, we will proceed with a refund in accordance with the rules set out in Section 5 above.
In cases where no refund address was provided, where we are otherwise unable to process a return transaction, or where the originating address does not represent the actual owner of the funds — for example, when a withdrawal was initiated from a smart contract — we will wait for the necessary information from you for as long as required to carry out the refund safely and correctly.
MISTRALE does not store personal data of its users. We do not collect, retain, or process personally identifiable information as part of providing the Service. Any technical data processed in the course of a transaction is used solely for operational purposes and is not maintained as a personal user profile or record.
MISTRALE does not conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) or Know Your Business (KYB) procedures. We do not maintain a compliance officer, dedicated identity verification provider, isolated processing infrastructure, or segregated address pools for the purposes of KYC or KYB.
Our internal systems may evaluate transaction-related signals as part of the decision-making process described in Section 5. However, MISTRALE does not disclose to users any information regarding AML signals, risk scores, or compliance assessments associated with their funds or orders.
Users acknowledge that digital currency transactions carry inherent risks, including market volatility, network delays, and irreversibility of blockchain transfers. MISTRALE is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the Service, except to the extent that a refund is processed in accordance with these Terms.
