3. User Obligations and Compliance
By utilizing our Service, you represent and warrant that:
You are aware of and accept the risks associated with conducting transactions via our platform.
You are not located in, or a resident of, jurisdictions with restrictions against such practices.
This service is not intended for individuals who are citizens or residents of the United States, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, St. Kitts and Nevis, or Syria.
You are at least 18 years of age or possess the legal capacity as required by your jurisdiction.

4. Conditions of Service
Users must be the legitimate owners of the digital currencies being transferred and must own the sending and receiving addresses for each transaction.
The addresses and digital currencies utilized must not be linked to any illegal activities, including but not limited to terrorism, fraud, or money laundering.

5. Risks and Liability
MISTRALE does not provide storage services; digital currencies are not retained within user transactions. Users acknowledge that MISTRALE is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the Service.

7. AML/KYC Policy
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you provide your consent to participate in the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes that MISTRALE may implement.

MISTRALE reserves the right to request valid government-issued identification documents from your country of residence, as well as any additional information regarding the origin of your funds, which may include supporting financial documentation.

8. Verification Timeframe
The expected timeframe for KYC verification is three (3) business days. If you decide to decline the KYC process, any involved funds will be refunded, except in specific cases where transactions may be suspected of illegal activities, in which case MISTRALE reserves the right to take appropriate action.
